A PROBLEM FIXED

HUB now has a new url (http://www.hubfiction.com/ ) so you can check out their new email address.  BTW you may note that I do not usually include email addresses but only URL's.  The reason is that email addresses can change abruptly but URL's usually dont.  Also I do not list payment rates because they can change without notice.
