THERE MAY BE A NEED FOR A CORRECTION

In a previous post,I listed WHISPERING SPIRITS DIGITAL MAGAZINBE as a dead market.  Yet another source says it is only temporarilly closed to submissions.  I am looking into it now to clarify the issue.
