HEALING WAVES ( http://skywarriorforum.com/ )is an anthology that is raising money for diaster relief in Japan. It is not a paying market but since it is a fundraiser for humanitarian purposes so I find it appropiate for it to be mentioned here since it invoves one of the exceptions I follow when it comes to submitting to non-paying markets.
The df/h British webzine DARK METRE ( http://www.kathybennett.co.uk/ ) is open to submissions and is open to previously published poems.
