NEW ENGLAND REVIEW's editor told me that in the fall they will accept on line submissions for poetry but not email submissions of poetry. I dont quite see how one way is less onerous than the other way. Can a computer savvy person explain ?
Also a shout out hello to the 17th follower or if that person prefers devotee.
